Prospective Student Info

The Orthopaedic Research Laboratories provide training for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in a rich multidisciplinary environment focused on advancing health care delivery for orthopaedic patients. The research training will prepare the students for careers in tissue engineering, advanced biomechanics, or basic biology or physiology of the musculoskeletal system. With studies ranging from joint kinematics to artificial joint development to cellular and molecular mechanisms or tissue formation, the laboratory supports the training and research of clinicians, bioengineers and biologists.
